Stand Up Paddle Lake Powell
Sol Fitness Adventures Melanie Webb and friends explore Lake Powell’s Labrynth Canyon on paddle boards. The crew loaded 5 boards on the Sting Ray in Wahweap marina and boated 30 minutes to their starting point. A head wind added to the core workout challenge as we paddled Labrynth’s undulating canyon walls.
