WHO needs adventure travel preparation?

We work with the trained athlete, the outdoor novice, and those recovering from injury to reach their fitness and outdoor adventure goals. Our clients are nature-hungry urban dwellers with full lives who want to experience new physical challenges in their travel experience but whose body, mind and available equipment may not be as ready as their imaginations.

WHY should I consider pre-trip training?

Being unprepared for an adventure trip can be emotionally, physically, and financially risky. Have you ever had to turn around because you can’t go any farther? Or were you so distracted by the burning blisters on your feet and stabbing pain in your knees that you missed the gorgeous landscape?

With every outdoor vacation, various levels of physical training and logistical research must be factored. Life’s busy pace can interfere with important pre-trip preparation. WHAT, exactly, is adventure travel prep?

Receive the personal attention and expert guidance of Sol Fitness Adventures founder, Melanie Webb, to help you prepare and get connected to your adventure. Melanie is an outdoor adventure guide with a national certification as a Personal Trainer. Sol’s customized menu of services includes:

  • Research of your destination and collaboration with your tour operator
